Wheel Tips & Troubleshooting

 

* When tightening spokes, tighten every 3rd spoke a 1/4 turn at a time. It does take more time to do it this way but if you don't you will end up with a wheel out of true.

* Be careful not to over tighten your rim-lock. If you notice that you get a flat spot by your rim lock, then over tightening is the cause.

* Yamaha owners: Keep an eye on your wheel bearings. Yamaha does not use sealed bearings.
